From what I can gather from the threads I've seen so far, this actually deletes people with that amount or less (i.e. you enter 1, it deletes any posters with one post).
If I put 0, that would delete anyone who registered but didn't post yet (like a spambot)? Sometimes 0 acts like a wildcard so I wanted to make sure before I did this.
