You see where it says Cash Village it has 2 different shades of blue at the top? How can i make it smaller?

No im not trying to fix the text but the background on it to make it smaller like shown in the second picture

whit is your site url?

While I have no experience using that theme, I'd say it's likely because your logo it too tall. try making your logo slightly smaller and it should fix.
