Alright,

Well my forum is pretty much one day old, no advertising what so ever, and I have about 30 registered members, these members are posting topics that are just pointless, and make no sence at all.

They're basically in arabic, and mostly images of like history, one was even advertising a poker site.



This is a perfect example, but I really don't get why I'm getting so many users, without ANY advertising, how are they finding my site?

There finding your site by searching through Google for "MyBB" or "Powered by MyBB" and just spamming that site, or by going through each IP on the server your hosted on. It's hard to pin-point how they are getting your website.

To remove them try using plugins such as:
http://mods.mybb.com/view/registration-s...y-question You'll be able to set a question so only humans can answer it.
MyBB's built-in Google reCatchpa system
http://cloudflare.com/ The free service is great, and it'll remove some of the spammers and also make you be able to blacklist them as well.

There are more ways however those seem to work best for me when added all together.
