I changed the showthread.php from the Admin CP to have classic post layout but in the showthread.php it still shows the post in the horizontal layout.

I think screenshots wont be necessary for this problem but if you want, i can supply them.

Go to your usercp settings and select classic layout.

And by any chance, if you have mistaked Admin CP for User CP, let me tell you that I have also tried changing the layout in the Admin CP too.

The setting in the ACP only works for new members and guests. Go to UCP > Options > Show Posts In Classic Mods = Tick.

I did mean the usercp .
