I am using MyBB + CloudFlare settings (Website) set by Performance = CDN + Full Optimizations and minify JS, HTML, and CSS. When creating a new thread or replying a thread; the bbcode would completely removed. If I use CDN + Basic Optimizations, the bbcode would appear.
Is there a way to use FULL Optimizations and still keep using bbcodes?
Disable minify JS. Are you using rocket loader or any of those beta tools to speed up page loading? If so, disable them too.
You'll still get great performance with those disabled.

Is this happening largely in admin sections of the site? If so, you should create a
Page Rule so that the admin section is excluded from CloudFlare.
The Auto Minify options can be turned off for each specific item (JS, CSS& HTML) and my hunch is that it might be JS that is being impacted. Try turning that option off first to see if it corrects the issue.

through CloudFlare, and everything works fine on my site.
