so my forum is like this: domain.com/forum/
when user logins it doesnt redirects to forum/index.php but it redirects here: domain.com/forum//forum/index.php which gives not found error, where to edit and fix this?
What do you have set as your forum URL in the MyBB settings?
its normal, still cant fix..

What do you mean by "it's normal"? Does it include a trailing slash or anything? Do you also have any plugins installed?
By default, the register page use's MyBB's redirect() function so unless you have an incorrect boaard URL set or have modified the redirect template or something, it should work.

this is in board url field, after logging in it does like i described in op :/
deactivated all plugins and nothing..
Can you provide us link of forum and test account so we can see what exacly happend?

lol am so smart i made a php script which redirects to good site after login opens the bad one lolol
