Why do i keep getting these errors

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in /home/verndo/public_html/index.php on line 35

No one can go on my forum now.

How can i fix this?

Reupload index.php from a fresh package. That should fix the issue.

Did you edited someting? Use some plugin?
Try re-uploading your index.php if that dosen't fix it we will see what is next...
