IS it possible to change the word "Username" on the registration page to Member Full Name: or if not add some text after "username" (members must uses real names only)

ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Theme > Member Templates > member_register:

Find:

<label for="username">{$lang->username}</label>

Replace with:

<label for="username">Full Name:</label>
