hi ive installed the No New Threads plugin so that for some forums members need a min of 50 posts to be able to start a tread but i need to know how i find the group ids and forum id`s so i can set it up can any1 help

To find a group ID, go to the group management area and hover over one of the links. Most browsers display the link's URL. The group ID will be in the URL. The same goes for the forums IDs except you need to go to the forum management area.
