There isn't a way to list members by usergroup on the Member list but on the Forum Team page in MyBB 1.2 you can display the usergroups in whichever order you like.

Admin CP -> Users and Groups -> Manage Groups -> Forum Team Order Shy

Also my Show group details you can display only the users of one usergroup on an page.
