I am running 1.6.6 (1606) and want to upgrade to 1.6.7 (1607) what file do I install on my sevr from 1.6.7 (1607) to upgrade or do I need to do the hole thing again

Upload 1.6.7 files and then yourdomain.com/install/upgrade.php

So Reupload the hole forum

Yes upload all files in your filemanager.

You can also re-upload just the changed files package if you are upgrading from 1.6.6. See the blog for the link.
