I have been informed many times by a member of my site that when they try and login and click enter it comes up with a white screen with a message saying "wirraltalk/community error" and nothing else.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Well I just tested it, and nothing came up as an error.
Try asking him to delete his cache/cookies.
That error, does it show MyBB error or? Can that user be more specific about what error are we talking or to make screenshot?

Thats exactly what i asked and thats all they said it came up with is them words and a white background. Sounded strange myself as ive never heard or seen that on mybb forums.

I will tell them to do that and see if it corrects the fault.
It can be host error, because MyBB Error's are not showed like that.
Contact your hosting support and ask them about that.
