Ok, I found some posts but they were from previous versions no longer apply. There might be some that apply but I have added a new FAQ to the official site. You can review it below:

In short, the core settings should suffice under general circumstances (i.e: the default theme) but might require additional HTML or CSS tweaks (i.e: custom themes) for the which general support doesn't apply.

Don't beg, act.
You quoted a post that has nothing to do with your issue, but in which you find a link, there you can figure out a way to navigate through the FAQs. I'm quite certain your doubt is already answered there.

Hello it is possible to add awards in ougcawards_page_wiew_row
i tried to add this <img src="{$award['image']}" title="{$award['name']}" />
but send me something like this on my page
<img src="{bburl}/uploads/awards/halloween-award.png" title="Halloween">
Be careful, I'm saying on the page awards.php?view=1, Not on the original page awards.php everything goes normal there.

In header_welcomeblock_member template, there is code {$ougc_awards_welcomeblock} but it is not working. On header, click on view my awards not working. on click it nothing happens.
On keep cursor on view my awards it show javascript:OUGC_Plugins.ViewAll('1', '1');.
How to make it working in header?
