here i have one question, profile field must be requerd to use automatic award system. i set it required and also set it to dont show in register page. i use that custom field for my postbit backgroung,profile cover etc pages. and i allow only some group to show it. but it gives an error msg that field must be fill in register page.

anyone else having issues with the plugin not automatically giving out awards?

i've double and triple checked all of the settings, especially the task settings itself trying to make it work but i have not been able to find anything.

Is the task file running? It might be deactivated or not running at all, check the tasks logs.

hmm, checking it and it says that there are no logs currently to show.

The task hasn’t ran then, try running it manually.

where do i run it? sorry for being stupid af

edit: just ran it and the award was given out. i think changing it to run from '0' to '*' for the minutes will fix it, will try that now

I was trying to add an award based on time spent online. I've created task accordingly. But whenever the task file runs the award is automatically assigned to everybody who registered on the forum instead of users who spent 1 month online. I've attached the screenshot of the task which I created Kindly check.
