The problem is that users cannot see the awards. I shared images of what I created and what a normal registered user sees. As you can see it turns out there are no awards when there are.

Please check your group permissions, and share a capture if possible.

I checked the permissions and the setting is viewable for all groups but the list of awards for users always remains empty.

I just tested the plugin precisely the task part and it comes up with this fatal error

I just updated the code for the task system. There are 2 important changes now:

• Task can only be single award grant or revoke type, multi award selection for grant or revoke awards was removed for tasks,
  
• I modified the Tasks page so normal users can now see it, award managers will see additional options, and
  
• The description for tasks now allow MyCode, etc.

I finally installed the update and there don't seem to be any errors.

I have noticed that sometimes the award is repeated. I have tried it now and the award is delivered twice to the user. I even noticed that between yesterday and today the same user got the same award 15 times.
