i need help , users cant activate there accounts they go to there email account but no verification email

1) What method do you have for registration?
2) Does it send them the email upon registering?

i use send email verification

Make sure your members are checking their Junk mail folder.

they have ,even i made a account and tried it out i even waited 1 week

Under Tools & Maintenance check your System Mail Logs for any errors. Also are you using PHP Mail or SMTP?

yes in system mail for were few errors its says it had problem sending the email to the email accounts

Contact your hosting provider and get them to fix it.
