What I want to do is delete the Threads and Posts column from the index page and subforums etc. I want to replace the descriptons of forums with the total number of posts and threads similar to Xenforo. and have included a picture. I can't find the templates/code to remove the total number of threads and posts part. Where should I be looking/ doing?

You need to look in the forum bit templates. It is easiest to look at your page source with Output template start/end comments? set to YES.

Then you will see how the forums index is built up.

Ive looked at the templates but I can't find the code for the amount of posts/threads in each forum.
