Still need help with this, thanks.
I think at this point, you're better off at requesting help from a staff member by providing them an Admin account.
Because it sure seems like we're trying to help you blindly otherwise.

It's just all guessing games.
Someone that you trust needs to go in there with their own eyes and see what's really going on.

Maybe its just me but the first post on that forums says in capital letters:

THIS FORUM IS NOT FOR SUPPORT FOR YOUR FORUM

Going to be a really silly question probably, but the change in the header template. Does this stay? Or does it revert it self after logging out / back in again to the admin panel.

Ah, I've seen other users being directed there too when they needed help that involved providing Admin credentials. So I thought that's okay.
Unless some staff member tells him to post there.

I've actually seen non-staff direct them.
Well if it's against the rules then it is against the rules. I need support, not discussion about a rule.
