Need a plugin which can:
Show different message(Notice) bar to each User group.
Eg for guests it shows : Please Register
For Kiddo Member it shows : Please Post some content
For Higher member it hide message if enabled.

i had such mod in my old forum yashforums.in but now i closed that site and starting another.
So need it now again....
