I have made a page using Page manager and for some reason there is no header on it...it's just the page i made...if you would like to look at it just click this link:

then go to my link that says Code Of Conduct....if you look there is no header...nothing that my users can go back to...can someone help?
oh yeah..and there's this irritating blue link that the html generator had made the words to be...where can i edit this?
