I am working on theme for mybb. I am not so good or professional in mybb themes but i am trying to do it best.

Use MyBB Theme development forum next time.

Looks good. But try changing header and body backgrounds.

And i don't think its up to "premium" quality. Try to create few free themes and gain some reputation here before planning to release paid themes.
