i wonder it is any similiar themes for mybb like this one http://www.itfreaks.rs/index.php i never see this concept its awesome

They're using MyBB and have coded custom theme from somewhere.

i know they are using Mybb but i see this

There is no a similar theme, or at least i think so.

The layout is relative easy to do with CSS. All you have to do is give the categories a smaller width, such as 50% and float it.

.cat {
    width: 50%;
    float: right;
}
