An user has some warning points, but are expired days ago without being removed automatically.
How to remove it?

The warning stays even though it has "expired", it should reduce their warning point system back down to 0, but it remains on record for staff.

The warning points are still viewable by the user. The user has the warning points that should be expired.

Can you provide a screenshot of the problem?

"Scaduto" means expired and there are no other warnings. Previous warning are not shown cause i cleaned warnings table in the database

Go to:

Admin CP > Tools & Maintenance > Task Manager

Check on the "Half-hourly User Cleanup" task, the one that:
"Automatically expires bans, warnings and posting suspension and moderation times for users"

My guess is yours is not running properly, click on the clock icon on the same row as that task, it'll force it to run.

If that fixes it, we'll need to figure out why your tasks weren't running.

It's running and i clicked the clock but that user still have 30% warning...
I gave to him a 1 warning point for test purpose, for 1 hour and it is expired.

Edit: is it maybe a permanent warn i gave in the past? if yes, si there a way to remove it?

Go to profile of that User->Warning Details and should be option for revoke it.

I can't revoke it because not appear! This is the strange thing..
I think i can do it only editing the database

Go to phpMyAdmin find table mybb_warninglevels and delete it there.
