Okay this site has a section called home.How is it made?
Can i make one like that too?

And how do i add other sections like Downloads?

This site uses a custom CMS. It's not related to MyBB. The only thing that's the same is the design.

You can create one using this method, just call it "Home".

Or alter the portal, that works too.
