I can define a section of the forums where people could create topics just writing a title for it, and in the space for the message would only have space to put a link?

Ae when members clicassem in the topic title it automatically directs to this link?

Preferably the link is with the initial pre-defined style "http://mybb.com.br/ [here would have the field to meet the person]"

I know you can do exactly what you want but just with different forums, not threads.
