If you mean header menus, then here is how.

Go to: AdminCP > Templates > Your theme's templates > Header Templates > header > and BEFORE </ul> add the following code;

<a href="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/portal.php">Portal</a>

Similarly add as much menus you want to add.
