Is it possible to hide a category from the navigation bar?

Like if i make a category called "Hidden Big Grin" then it would look something like this.

Forum Name -> Hidden Big Grin -> Other Category -> Thread Name

But i would like it to look like this

Forum Name -> Other Category -> Thread Name


Is that possible somehow?
