first of all, this is occuring because the images are missing. Those images have a text alternative (alt="") so you see memberlist memberlist.
a) you can make sure those images are in the right directory
b) under templates, under header, you can remove the section that calls for the image, so there is only a text link.
Well, I'm kinda confused, how can I change the CSS?

Admin CP -> Themes -> Modify / Delete -> *Your Theme* -> Edit Theme Style
All the CSS is displayed there.

Actually, I found out that it was something wrong with my logo at the top, it's fixed, anyhow, but thanks for the help, anyway.
