I installed an advert plugin not so long ago as you will see in the screenshot but the problem is there is some members who cannot see the adverts at all.

Is there a way to add anything into the footer manually instead of having the plugin?

Also would this work better than the plugin?
What's the plugin called ? Is there a user group permissions setting ?

Yeah as long as it would do the same type of thing as the plugin. The plugin is good but doesnt seem to work on all browsers, or is there away to correct it?

I am using it and thats my screenshot above, but some members are saying they cannot see the images. But they can see the box.
But if some members say they can not see, then it's problem about their browser. Because if problem is in plugin no one can see it. Like this it's just some of them.
I use the following in my footer, no plugin needed.

<a href="http://website URL/"target="_blank"><img alt="Image alternate" src="http://Image URL" height="26px" width="182px" border="0" title="Ad Title" </a>

Just change the above to suit.
Using footer is more beneficial.
Users must be blocking them with adblock+
or the ad isn't available for their country.
There can be multiple reasons.
