i need the know the Template name that i can add image in the begining of the first post and in the begining of the every post.
whithout using modes

Add HTML code before {$post['message']} in "postbit" and "postbit_classic" template.

If you want image then the code will be something like this;

<img src="IMAGE PATH GOES HERE" alt="" title="">
