I have a few themes installed on my forum, and i dont want to just set one to be default. is there a way i can make a drop down menu where memebrs can have the theme they want to view? like say one person view xXx theme and another member view XX1 theme is that possible?

You can easily allow people to pick multiple themes, this adds an option to the bottom of each page, users can also change in their User CP.
But, you have to have a default theme. A theme that guests & by default new registration users use, then they can change as they please.
i added that plugin but i cant see the drop down list to choose a theme anwhere
