I use Apart Dawn theme.

i want to add a new navbar below the second navbar which is silver in color"Where "Admin CP,Mod CP etc are there"

I used CSS menu generator.

and they mailed me some images and css code.

where to add css code and then how to add columns in that navigation bar and is there no template edit ?

and in the navbar,i only want images to be displayed at centre "like this one



i want images to be displayed in place of texts.

I am not really sure what i being asked...

i want to add a navbar like that image.

You've to add the HTML provided in header template. Images provided in ./images/ folder and CSS in global.css. Make sure that images path is same as compared to the one provided with its CSS stylesheet.
