Is it possible to Remove Friendly Redirection Urls, and then just show the message on the next page?
AdminCP > Configurations > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages > Off
But I would still like to show the message, just at the redirected page

It isn't currently possible within the core. It may be possible via a plugin though.
A friendly redirection page is to notify a user that something is happening in the background, post being submitted, profile being updated etc..... If the page has already loaded/redirected, then there's no need for a redirection notice, as the user has already been redirected. Its a bit late displaying a friendly redirection notice after the page has been redirected.
Your request is kinda pointless, in my view.
