What to do?

Have you made any core file modifications at all? Also, try disabling all plugins via the ACP > Settings > General Configuration > Disable All Plugins = yes

I have not made any core changes.

But this happened after a host transfer.

Also no luck with turning all plugins on the way you said.

Plugins I have installed:
- Anonymous Mode (1.0) - Allows special usergroups to post anonymously - Created by Fanatic
- reCAPTCHA Plugin (1.1) - Allows image verification provided by ReCAPTCHA - Created by Jim Booth
- Sidebox (1.2.0) - Display portal boxes on your forum - Created by Nayar
- Stop forum spam (1.2) - Prevents users who are listed at http://www.stopforumspam.com from registering. - Created by Tim B.

ACP >> Tools & Maintenance >> File Verification >> Yes

Download a fresh copy of MyBB and reupload any files that appear as changed (red) there.
