The board seems to cache signatures so that the latest ones don't always come up. How do I fix this?
you sure this isnt due to your browser cache?
As far as I know, MyBB does not cache of signatures. However, This is most likely a browser issues, try clearing your browsers cache.
Or try doing a hard-refresh (CTRL+F5 usually)
