Some Weird Bug/Glich with the Password Recovery emails THis is What Happens to them





Can Any one help me with this !

So the email is completely blank?

Yes, no text in the Email.

I just registered and the activation email is also blank. Could you run the file verification tool via the ACP > Tools & Maintenance? It may be that the email language file has been altered somehow.

Here is the list

That's a fairly sizeable list of changed files. Have you knowingly changed any core files? You can ignore the ones related to the install/ directory as you're supposed to delete it anyway.

The file containing the language strings for emails hasn't been altered at all though. Which mail method are you using? PHP's mail() functionality or the SMTP option? To find out, check your general configuration settings via the ACP.

Ive Done these Others am Unsure . I am using PHPmail

If you haven't modified files on purpose, I'd advise replacing them with copies from a fresh download.

Regarding the email issue, do any of the emails work at all? Have you tried sending a mass mail or anything? If you want to test, try sending an email to the account I registered via your site to see if I get it or not.

i think i did them all TBH

I have Just Ran To mass mails Unsure they Have Worked..

Did you include unactivated users in the mass mail? I have yet to receive one to test it.
