MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1130 - Host '10.1.1.14' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

You should be able to allow it in your cPanel, if I understood correctly.

Go to cPanel control panel > Remote MySQL > then add that IP in the access list.

You *should* be able to go into your cPanel, and there should be "Remote MySQL" in the Databases section.

I wonder if you have that on 000 though. You're probably better off just contacting their support.

Sounds like you've set the hostname incorrectly. I believe you can find the database's hostname via the member's area at 000webhost. Once you've found it, you'll need to modify your /inc/config.php file in order to edit the hostname to the correct one.
