So me and my friend is looking for a coder, actually, you'll only do the coding works, and we do the designing. Then we sell the themes, and of course you get percentage of every sales we get. And we'll also start a new designing theme, so we'll also be accepting custom themes in the future. Anyways, here's the preview of the theme. Feel free to post here or PM me if you're interested in coding it.

Second one is pretty nice, but too image heavy for my tastes. xD Anyways, good luck finding a coder.
