I am glad that I do have a backup in place, however, I thought something might have hacked into my site, The forums I was working on starting was new so I didn't have a issue on doing another fresh install but even after a fresh install the plugin page is complete white. How are you suppose to add plugins?

even if you click on check updates it is white.

Yes, someone hacked your site to disable plugins...

The correct reason of this is unwanted file in plugins directory (at least was for me). Delete anything you added there before it changed.

Well like I said, I did a fresh install and I get the same thing no matter if I use my backups or a fresh install. So that isn't right.

Which files/folders have you in inc/plugins?
