Hello guys,
I am looking for someone who can help me to learn web design. I don't want to learn mybb on the begin, I would prefer Photoshop/Fireworks with Html/PHP.
There are lot of tutorials online, you may search/google yourself.

The tutorials are complete bull<snip>, if I would have found a good one there wouldn't be a post here.
No, these are quite useful. It needs two basic things;
1) Your concentration.
2) Common Sense.
Basically, internet tuts will teach you better (if you can find some good ones)
They are created by experts who are known in that field.

Tutorials are actually a great resource, If you want someone to babysit you and guide you the whole way through it then be prepared to fork out some serious cash. I am sure most people have 1,000 and one better things to do than to spend countless hours teaching you how to design things when you could just as easy learn from tuts.

The first link is just absolutely great for beginners. This is the kind of thing I wish had been available when I first started. It covers everything you need to know, and it is taught to you in a way that is very easy to understand. There is no one who can teach you HTML and CSS better than Jeffrey Way. You'll know what I'm talking about once you watch one of his screencasts.
For Photoshop there is also
30 Days to Learn Photoshop, which is absolutely great too. Unfortunately this one isn't free, you need a membership. But I can assure you it is well worth the money. You don't just get that series of tutorial, you get access to every single resource available on the Tuts+ network. That includes all courses, screencasts, tutorials and ebooks from 11 different websites. As for PHP there is an upcoming course on Tuts+ called PHP Fundamentals that is going to be hosted by Jeffrey Way. So you can already expect it to be awesome. While you wait for it to come out, you can take the time to master HTML and CSS.
Overall, Tuts+ is the ultimate resource in web development. Specifically Nettuts+ and Webdesigntuts+. But there are many other great resources available, namely
phpacademy and
TheNewBoston. It's just not worth it to have someone teach you in private when there's so much free material out there. Google is also an incredibly powerful tool, so use it well. 99% of the time the solution to the problem you're facing can easily be found on Google.
If you haven't got the patience to find a good tutorial then I doubt you'd have the patience to be taught by somebody. Learning these things can take a great deal of time, particularly PHP, and before you can learn them you also need to understand them. Just a word of warning!
I think the two replies abvoe have some great examples but I'd also like to recommend Lynda. The PHP video tutorial is really useful. Apparently TeamTreeHouse is also very good so you might want to check those two out.
As all are asking, let me ask as well.
I'm learning jQuery these days. Currently am referring to official jQuery ui site and dynamic drive.
Which other site is good for reference to learn jQuery for beginners to it like me?

There are too many to choose from, really.
This site has a ton of free downloadable tutorials and many are jQuery
