I've noticed that in the online users it shows some names in black and they're not registered, what does this mean? I've seen Google before and now I've seen Baidu.

They are search engine crawlers.

The reason is that these users are bots crawling your site in order to include them in their search indexes. They're nothing to worry about at all

If you don't like the plain black, you can create a new user group and give it permissions the same as the Guests group, but then style the user name like you want. Then go to the Bots list in the ACP and put them all into the new group.
