Make sure that your host supports uploading too much heavy files.

its in the site's php.ini or if its a smart host, in the server's global php.ini. unless you are on a dedicated server, there is almost no way you will get the host to increase it.
on my cpanel on server there is global.php file...what to do next?

Global.php is mybb file,not server's global.ini.If you are on shared hosting there is no way that you can edit php.ini .
