how to banned whole IP range some of the spammers registered from this IP 213.133.11.115 And want block whole range Of this IP

Add to htaccess:

deny from 10.10.10.10

Replace 10.10.10.10 with your IP.

And suppose you want to ban if ranges starting from 10.10 , then add to htaccess:

deny from 10.10

So that would disallow all IPs having ip range starting from 10.10 .
