not working

i'm installed it and also active it but its not show config option in ACP

when i try to open http://www.mysite.in/admin/index.php?mod...affiliates

its show

whats problem any one help me urgent

ACP>Users & Groups>Admin Permissions

please guide me how to change Forum Affiliates statush name to my custom name or how to show it right to center ....i see some site its running (scrolling left to right or right to left ) how it possible ....
