I would like to know how to make my website/forum run quicker.

and would like to know also if that's normal or not.

Server load seems a bit high, but as long as your website is running smoothly that's not much of an issue. Memory usage is quite high too, it might be worth asking your host to install an op-code cache such as APC to speed up the sites hosted on the server.
