I have a user who i want to add as a second admin but how do i give them permissions but not all, as i dont want them to be able to delete myself. I know there is something like this on vbulletin.

Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Admin Permissions.

Then edit the permissions of the second administrator: Options -> Edit Permissions.
