This is due to bad cookie settings. First delete the cookies set by your forum in your browser.
Then log into the admin cp click on the settings then general configuration. Then scroll down towards the bottom and look at the cookie settings. Verify that the domain and cookie path are set appropriately. Once that is done you should be able to log in and out with little/no problems.

cookie domain ".mysite.com"
cookie path "forum"
oh,the problem still happens with ie.
firefox is ok!
