When I go to the plugins part of my Admin Control Panel, this message shows up.

/home/myusername/public_html/forum/inc/languages/english/admin/userpages.lang.php does not exist

I don't recall deleting it, but is there any way I can fix this asap?

Reupload ./forum/inc/languages/english/admin/userpages.lang.php

I would, but I don't even see this in the MyBB zip file download itself. That's why I'm a little confused.

that file came with the user pages plugin. Please read the installation instructions carefully.

If u want to delet than change permission of your file to 755 in cpanel
