First of all, I'm sorry if what I'm asking has been answered many times before. You guys are so awesome at answering support questions, sometimes it's difficult to find the right threads in the search results. 
Anyway, I notice in the ACP I can limit editing time for posts to fifteen minutes. Is there any way I can enable this for all accounts except my own? I realise that sounds a bit drastic, but I have heard horror stories of moderators going postal and deleting everything. I don't want to stop mods editing any posts because that would take away their ability to effectively moderate. Rather, I'd like to disable post editing (after fifteen minutes) for all other users except UID 1. In the case of site staff, just disable editing their own posts.
