i lost my alllll header all my work gone i was insert an cursor in my forum by put it in header then i paste then html tag for it then i save it then everything gone please help i want to back my header
Sorry, but I don't exactly understand the problem. Did you delete your header template or something? If so, the only thing you can do really is revert it via the ACP or copy it from another copy of the theme you're using.
I cant understand you i delet my header

Pretty sure CodePress mucked up his template.
As Euan said, either revert the template back to default or take the code from the theme XML file and apply it.
